具体要求如下，主要是英文要好，负责人不会说中文。

1.Passionate on development 

2. Understand & write on English so we can communicate, but Code EVERYTHING in English.

3. Can claim at least 5 years on pro web development, pass my tests on interview

on skills, these are nice to have:

+ can prove PSR-1, PSR-2,PSR-3,PSR-4 coding standard

+ use git for versioning

+ well-tested code with TDD

+ fluent in php

+ experienced in phalconPHP

+ know Redis, MySQL, NoSQL

+ Know various design pattern

+ Good & efficient in javascript, as well as jQuery and AngularJS

+ know css is a plus

+ least but not last: know scrum & used to pomodoro are more considered
